Pretty Portraits

Hey Team

Welcome back to term one of 2020 blogging. This week we have been making portraits of our self but an animated version. On the background, we have our culture and things we love. I'm not the best at drawing so please don't judge me, here is my portrait;

As you can see I like pizza, I like to surf and skateboard, I'm from South Africa, I am Christian and I love coming to school.

Better Bar Graphs

Hey bloggers,

at maths time we have been given the task to make a bar graph with the knowledge that we already have and then correct it with a checklist with the following;
* scale starts at 0 and goes up in equal amounts
*gaps between bars
* labelled axis- x and y
*detailed title to tell us what the graph shows
*frequency on the lines not in the square
*use a ruler

my first attempt was not great but I did have a few checked off here are my attempts

you can probably see which one I did first and the one I did after have you started maths at your school if so let me know
