HI I'm Josh and I'm going to tell you 6 reasons why breakfast is so important for our body and give you a
Breakfast is indeed a very important meal. A good breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day. In general, kids and teenagers who eat breakfast have more energy, do better in school, and eat healthier throughout the day. Without breakfast, people can get irritable, restless, and tired
1 sets you up for the day/fuels your body
2 it’s super delicious
3 some cereals can give you vitamin(s) B1,B4,B,K,A,C
4 you would get tired in class if you didn't have it
5 if you have milk and cereal with it you can get a lot of fibre, calcium, fat(good), grain, protein
6 it energisers *our fuel tank(body)
(conclusion) well breakfast isn't all good if you add sugar but otherwise, it's very healthy exp: muesli

Reflection on my goal:
Goal: Make more year 6 friends because I’m going to Toroa next year
Reflection: I am making a lot of year 6 friends like Lachlan, Jordon, Max and Aj. I think
I have achieved my goal and I am going to probably make one or two more friends like Tom or Noah.
