On our first week back we have been given the literacy task to make a website about Woz (wizard of oz) my website explains about the theme, the characters and conspiracies as well as symbols. We made this on google sites. Symbols are objects used in the book. We were learning how to add pages and delete them. This website will fulfil the purpose of an essay. I have not completed it but it is a work in progress. It is quite easy but there is a lot of writing we need to put in it to make it look appealing.
For maths, we have been learning about maps and the scale on maps. on every map, there is a scale in the corner and it might say 1:200 000 which means 1 cm on the map is 200 000 cm in real life. That's quite cool if you think about it. here is a picture of a map scale,

ReplyDeleteThis is interesting because were doing kinda the same thing but with north,south,east and west. This is kinda confusing for me but when you have the scale it sort of makes scenes. Could you perhaps get a link of your website ta ta now.
